Theo đó, cầu thủ của Juventus bắt đầu chế độ dinh dưỡng hàng ngày với bữa sáng khá chất lượng gồm giăm bông, pho mát và sữa chua. Tiếp đến, anh dùng món nhẹ là bánh mì nướng bơ, cùng với thêm 2 bữa trưa và 2 bữa tối, đặc biệt các bữa ăn của CR7 có hàm lượng chất béo thấp và giàu protein.
Bữa trưa của Ronaldo Juventus gồm thịt gà và salad, cá ngừ, trứng và ô liu. Buổi tối, cầu thủ người BĐN một lần nữa dùng bữa với cá (cá tuyết om hoặc cá kiếm) hoặc thịt.
